Hi, I’m Fiza, a counselling psychologist with experience in supporting adults through concerns like anxiety, depression, grief, stress, self-esteem, interpersonal challenges, and life transitions. I also bring experience working with children and adolescents through social-emotional learning in educational and community settings.
