If you’re looking to seek therapy from me, 

I would like to welcome you to a space that is going to be safe and non-judgmental. So, congratulations on taking this first as well as the most difficult step towards your mental health. 

There is a misconception regarding therapy that therapists will give you advice or “gyaan” but that is definitely not true. Rather, it’s a partnership with one of the partners having studied a bit about human behaviour. I will be using that knowledge to guide you in finding solutions for your problems as well as enhancing your own self.

There is no defined timeline for therapy. It completely depends on each individual’s capacity to deal with as well as their acceptance of the problems and solutions. Hopefully, therapy and your learnings from it will enrich and enhance the quality of your life.
