My work involves supporting neurodivergent children, adolescents, and adults. I offer a range of therapeutic services, including CBT, an elective approach tailored to individual needs, and interventions for anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, anger management, behavioural challenges, and social and communication skills. Play therapy for neurodivergent children. I also provide parent counselling and training. In addition, I conduct educational sessions on research methodology and academic writing.
